The Series VII line of externally powered lube oil pumping systems is designed to provide extra lubrication system protection to a wide range of steam turbines and application requirements. We offer a Standard Series VII and custom-engineered Series VII units to accommodate special application needs of our customers. These systems have been used by many of our customers to protect critical equipment in critical applications.

Due to changes in steam technology, today’s turbines are subjected to extremely high steam temperatures and inlet pressures. At the same time, most single-stage and multi-stage turbines don’t have bearing lubrication systems to deal with these extremes. The result is that bearing life is short… So, maintenance costs are high.

Inadequate lube oil volumes and pressures, combined with “cooked” lube oil cause the damage, and cause it quickly. The Revak Series II, Series III and Series VII Lube Oil Pump Systems solve these lubrication problems by providing continuous, cooled lubricant at adequate pressure in adequate volume.
